With the current series of units, GEA-BOCK offers you a comprehensive range from 5,4 to 122,4 m³/h displacement.
In terms of capacity, the units are having a wide range of refrigeration capacity ranges from 1.77 KW to 59.6 KW for chiller applications & 1.02 to 24.5 KW for freezer applications (2HP to 40HP Compressors).
For blast freezing applications, GEA-BOCK offers the unmatched 2-Stage compression units, three models, 2 models in 35HP motor size, and 1 model in 45HP size which is the absolute highest 2-stage compressor and condensing units made in Germany.
Two Compressor Variants
- Suction gas cooled compressors (2 to 40HP) for both chiller and freezer applications. (HG RANGE)
- Air cooled compressors (2 to 20HP) specifically for freezer/low temperature applications. (HA RANGE)
Suction gas cooled compressors have it motors cooled by means of suction gas which flows through the motor.
Air cooled compressors have it's motor cooled by means of air stream mechanically by means of external fan motor connected to compressor body with fan guard, no liquid injection kits, solenoids, modules or electronic needed when applying freezer application.
Compeititors when using R22 for the freezer application they have to use these expensive kits, and link to their control circuits.
