We do support our customers how to plan their projects; We do share our expertise how to plan the project process from scratch up to the moment they observe their temperature set points achieved.

We can help on mapping the facility, in terms of logistical consideration, operational and maintenance.

PROJECT ENGINEERING

This is what we do, engineering. According to client and project requirments, we do design and select the optimum refrigeration systems which will assure scoring the set point and functionalities, with extreme sense of thechno-commercial combination in harmony; so the system would be higlhy economic, with no compromise on performance.

COMPLETE PROJECT SUPPLIES

Either our client is local or export client, we do supply all related refrigeration machineries, complete with electrical boards, and refrigeration accessories as as one supply station. All the components, major or minor parts, are carefully selected engineering wise, we do supply the cold room box panels in addition to the refrigeration system, control baords and accessories as one package on customer demand.

Human beings occasionally get sick, machineries also do, we also supply spare parts related to our solutions.

SUPERVISION

For all solutions we do engineer and supply, we offer supervision on project progress, planning, and execution. We do standby for our customers for any challenges they might face during project process and offer our technical support where needed, suggest and solve any potential stagnation.

SERVICE

After sales service for all solutions we do supply, we follow our warrantee policy, and support our clients during and after the warrantee periods, we also participate closely in defining the failures and fix it on spot.

ON SITE SUPPORT

On call, or with physical presence, we do help our customers to troubleshoot and solve any challenge they might face during installation and commissioning, we spare no effort at any time to help the contractor with any info or documentation, and technical backup, we share the same reputation, excellence.
